Overview
Chapman Tate is working with a leading IT services provider offering computer services to a wide range of SME clients across the county. Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer who can use their initiative to provide support remotely, by telephone and onsite. You will be polite and professional while offering top quality service to customers. You will have an analytical mind in order to resolve any issues. Due to the nature of the role a UK driving license is required. This will suit someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills. You will have experience in the following: PC hardware Microsoft OS desktop Servers Microsoft Office Inc. 365 Microsoft Exchange Networking issues Internet Routers Firewalls Backup Technologies Knowledge of Vmware/Hyper V is advantageous but not essential Main duties: Document work completed thoroughly Adhere to helpdesk procedures when working in the office Escalate issues which require senior assistance Working towards targets Bonus 31 Days holiday (including bank holidays) Resources for learning and development Salary reviews Company Social Events Buy and sell holiday scheme Employee Assistance programme Individual benefits platform This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89847193
