Overview
Salesforce Product Manager North West £70,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent The purpose of the Salesforce Product Manager role is to work with the Salesforce Programme team, and in partnership with the wider business and colleague, to drive forward the delivery of future developments and to govern the Group's Salesforce platform. These duties include directly configuring the single Org and the management of the dedicated Salesforce team within the ITS department. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience and a proven track record of the Salesforce CRM Application suite product development or configuration capacity, including: Project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position. Experience of multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environmen management. Hands-on experience of managing the end-to-end lifecycle process for CRM Application development, complete with defining supporting documentation framework. Demonstrable experience of translating complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant CRM Application solution designs. Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, applying best practices governance principles and delivery on time and in full. Hand-on experience of managing 3rd party vendors in supporting the delivery of new CRM Application solutions. Solid experience of deploying different programme/ project management including PRINCE2 and agile methodologies.
