Overview

One of the leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector are looking to appoint a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor based in Birmingham. Initially the post will be temporary with a view to being offered a permanent post The role will need someone with experience in general property maintenance who has managed a team of multi skilled operatives, Up to 15 operatives. Ideally experience in working in rented or social housing or with a local authority and Social housing provider. The Candidate : Be fully health and safety aware ideally having a minimum SSSTS qualification. The position will be temp to perm with a salary of around 29K plus a van. Hourly rate in the region of 18/20.00 per hour.
