Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression. From your first day with the Company, relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including sports and betting, giving you the tools and knowledge to provide an excellent customer experience. Development continues throughout the role enabling you to build your career in an innovative team. Candidates must be prepared to work any 5 days from 7 including weekends to cover the busy sporting calendar. Additionally, as your experience grows, there is the option to work night shifts with an enhanced pay structure. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience •Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. •Ability to problem solve and find a resolution. •Competent literacy and numeracy skills. •Experience in a customer facing role. •Excellent attention to detail. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •Ability to manage time effectively. Main Responsibilities •Assisting our global customers base with account queries via Live Chat, telephone and email. •Looking to resolve customer complaints. •Liaising with internal departments.
