Overview
We are currently recruiting for 10 full-time customer service agents for our prestigious client based in Stoke, you will be working within their existing customer service team. The position offers an energetic and friendly environment, they will provide full training so previous call centre experience is not required What will you be doing? Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls Providing excellent customer service at all times Working in a fast-paced environment Problem solving Administrative duties as and when required What are we looking for?
