Overview
Fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience to work for a successful independent Lowestoft estate agent. Must be committed to providing a high level of customer service. Experience/knowledge of the Lowestoft area would be beneficial but not essential. Willing to blend in to a busy and vibrant environment. Opportunity for progression will be possible in the future. Responsibilities: Answering enquiries and registering applicants. Negotiating sales Organising and conducting viewings Sales progression (when sales progressor is not available) Updating vendors regularly Generating new business by calling out or canvassing as required Generating and booking valuations Following up leads and enquiries in agreed time scales Requirements: Preferably 2 years estate agency experience (1 year minimum) Full UK Driving License and use of own car Positive proactive approach to sales Good telephone manner Natural sales mentality Strong work ethic Well organised Salary: Up to £18,000 basic salary, the realistic OTE is £25,000 - £35,000 Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
