Overview
Customer Service and Sales Support - Lowestoft, Suffolk - Excellent package. Our client is East Coast Mobility based in Lowestoft. They have asked Badger Associates to identify an outstanding, hard-working, happy and solutions-driven person to take ownership of the customer service and sales support functions in their Lowestoft office. East Coast Mobility is a fast-paced organisation ideally suited to someone who is target driven and wanting to take responsibility and progress. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the following in a B2C environment: Sales Order Processing , managing of Sage, and updating the Daily Sales Targets. Raising of Purchase Orders including liaising with suppliers, purchase ledger and payment remittances and allocation for suppliers. Phone answering and fielding of calls. Overseeing returns to suppliers. Typing and general administration. Attending team and diary meetings, producing of reports and minutes. Planning workshop job scheduling Communicating with customers on collections, deliveries and repairs. Supporting the sales team as required. Previous experience is not essential, but a positive can-do attitude and flexibility is. Hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There is an attractive package available to the right candidate with opportunity to develop within the business and take further responsibility. Basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and an attractive KPI and company bonus.
