Overview

As a member of the Managed Application Service team, you will be one of the primary points of contact between Capita and our customers using this service. You should be technically-minded as you will be responsible for responding to, investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding a range of services, including writing bespoke SQL reports, completing management returns, data cleansing and extracting data for freedom of information purposes. As this service will be delivered remotely the position will be home based. What you will be doing: To interact with our customers verbally, in writing and electronically via our Support Portal ensuring cases are logged clearly and concisely To respond to calls in the timescales set out in the customer service level agreements To respond to calls in a professional manner and to the satisfaction of both the Services and Professional Services Managers. To deliver support to our customers around all aspects of Capita's Revenues & Benefits application. To undertake data cleansing, integrity error fixing, archiving and template amendments To use SQL/QBF to interrogate customers databases and understand its use in data checking To undertake detailed investigations of customer reported issues, providing workarounds where applicable What we're looking for: Experience of Capita's Revenues & Benefits applications Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Experience of working within a service delivery/software supplier environment Experience of SQL and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritising effectively to meet demanding deadlines About Capita ONE Capita One works to transform the lives of children, young people and families.
