Overview
Pensions Executive - Trustee Services Would you like to gain in experience within one of the UK's largest in-house pension teams? We currently have a vacancy for a Pensions Executive within the Trustee Services team at our site in Farnborough. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Trustee Services and the Scheme Managers to ensure the smooth running of the Company's pension arrangements and delivery of trustee-related services, across all DB and DC arrangements. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of an expanding leading pension's team and help evolve the governance of the schemes. Your main responsibilities as a Pensions Executive - Trustee Services will involve: Supporting the Scheme Managers and Head of Trustee Services in delivery of the Trustee governance framework and Trustee Board & sub-committee meetings. The focus will be on managing and supporting the Trustee Boards of the UK pension arrangements and this covers DB, DC and executive arrangements. Managing and preparing case summaries and responses to formal member disputes (IDR). Review Trustee discretionary cases and making recommendations as to the exercise of the discretion. Assisting with implementation of scheme-specific and continuous improvement activities, including agreed benefit design changes, investment strategy implementation, adviser service reviews and trustee effectiveness initiatives. Supporting assessment and delivery of Board effectiveness reviews, TKU initiatives, including Trustee inductions. Complying with and developing Scheme-related and Trustee Services-related policies, delegations and procedures. Supporting the preparation, review and delivery of Scheme member communications in line with agreed delegations, to include elections. Monitoring of Trustee adherence to and maintenance of the governance framework including supporting and monitoring the delivery of obligations in the Trustee:PLC Agreement. Assisting with oversight of Trustee Advisors. Your skills and qualifications as a Pensions Executives -Trustee Services: Pensions qualifications either PMI, part qualified or equivalent. Pensions experience, in house or within TPA or consultancy. Solid pensions technical background and understanding.
