Overview
My clients are a global leader in financial services and seeking an experienced Senior Transactions Manager to oversee the department with supern team leadership skills. Our client is looking for someone with a legal background and excellent CSP. You will need good knowledge of trustee work, who can comfortably review deal documents including tax, consumer credit and data protection, especially from a trustee perspective. You need to be able to negotiate changes, consider obligations and evaluate them. Managing a portfolio of standard and complex finance transactions, you will be able to liase with other members of your team in the set up of the transaction and the SPV, ensuring that the obligations and SPV's are appropriately reflected in the transaction documents. It will be your responsibility for the internal procedures and the administration of the SPV's, to make sure that the highest client services is maintained. As a manager you will have direct reports, and will need to be familar with 1-2-1's, training and development and appraisals.
