A Business Development Manager job with a HR Services business based in London Your new company This organisation is well regarded Professional Services business. Working to guide high growth SME's through the different stages of growth, they partner with clients to provide key support across legal, finance and HR. Following an exciting period of growth across all three areas, they are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on the HR Services offering. Your new role As Business Development Manager, you will own and deliver the Sales strategy for the HR Services Business. Working with SME clients, you will both utilize warm leads and cross-sell opportunities, whilst engaging with new logo clients. You will be responsible for the full sales strategy, utilising additional resources where required. What you'll need to succeed Prior Sales experience will be essential for this role. This will have ideally been gained within a professional services environment. An understanding of HR services will also be essential.
