Overview
Job description: Social Personnel are looking for Family support workers for Liverpool Council. Duties: The post holder is required to work 35 hours a week working with children young people and their families at LON 3 and complete EHAT assessments and input onto Liquid Logic system. The work will involve 1:1 work with young people to explore their lived experience develop an action plan to address identified issues and unmet need. The work will also involve direct work with parents and carers and in some cases providing strategies to parents to enable them to develop positive parenting approaches.
