Family Paralegal | Liverpool Up to £20,000 per year The well-established family department of a Liverpool firm is looking to expand with the addition of an experienced Paralegal. Offered a full-time, permanent role, the Family Paralegal will work alongside a Senior Solicitor on a caseload of Legal Aid family matters with the scope to progress managing your own caseload as the role develops. The firm is recognised for its sensitive approach to their clients and has built up a reputation over many years for providing sound advice in a clear plain-speaking manner. About You This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal who demonstrates: At least 6 months of experience in family law Experience dealing with Legal Aid applications Exposure to assisting on Domestic Violence matters The ability to process injunctions Your New Role Key duties of the Family Paralegal will include: Working on Domestic Violence files Processing injunctions with minimal supervision Dealing with all Legal Aid forms and procedures Contributing to the advocacy work Salary In return, the Paralegal will be offered £18,000 - £20,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
