Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for an independent garage in the Maidstone area. You will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities: Responding positively to all customer telephone/face to face and email enquiries and ensuring the customer is fully aware of the range of products and services we offer. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you’ll advise of completion times as well as any unfortunate delays and respond quickly to questions and queries. Answering customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon. Meeting and greeting customers, completing job cards with their relevant information and uploading it onto the system before passing onto the foreman to delegate the workload. Checking job cards for accurate completion from technicians and producing the invoice from such information. Explaining the content of the invoice to the customer. A full and valid UK driving licence is essential as well as previous Automotive Service Advisor experience Benefits Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am till 6 pm (1 hour lunch) with every other Saturday Morning. 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Up to £27k basic salary bonus (£32k OTE) package depending on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
