Internal Recruiter 3-6 month contract

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for our client based in Hatfield on a 3 - 6 month basis. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has agency or in-house experience. Internal Recruiter - Job Overview Responsibilities of this role will predominantly sit within the wider HR team focusing on internal recruitment. Specific tasks will include; To act as the main focal point for all permanent hire recruitment activity in your assigned areas of business with the flexibility to be fluid when necessary Responsible for delivery against the recruitment plan for your assigned area Pre-screen all candidates and play an active part in interviews Provide training to hiring managers where appropriate Drive direct hiring across your area and the team in order to reduce agency cost where possible Directly manage and see through the end to end recruitment process for a number of vacancies to include generating employment contracts and arranging the onboarding of new employees Source candidates through various means such as job boards, LinkedIn etc. and building a talent pipeline Meet and greet candidates in a professional and friendly manner and conduct pre-employment Right to Work checks (training will be provided) Define and implement meaningful reporting at each stage of the process; to analyse data and make appropriate/timely recommendations to the operation Internal Recruiter - Skills & Experience Required Experience working in an internal recruitment / agency or RPO environment is essential Previous experience of recruiting for Technical or Engineering roles would be advantageous Experience using recruitment systems is essential Numerate with well-developed IT skills Strong planning, administration and organisational skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build new relationships Good problem solving, analysis and reporting skills Internal Recruiter - Benefits Offered Competitive salary dependent upon experience Immediate start with long term opportunities available Free parking Thank you for your application.
