Overview

My IT client based in St Albans are expanding their team. Are you looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities: Covering an already established client base as well as pro-actively targeting new b2b customers, you will immerse yourself in this exciting industry and become a product expert. Full training will be given. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be: Building and managing customer relationships by getting to know clients Providing a high level of customer service at all times Hitting targets through pro-active sales Converting leads and quotes into firm orders Identifying new sales opportunities by contacting existing customers in order to understand their needs Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads Account management Cementing the company's status as the supplier of choice Required Skills: If you have some account management or business development experience within an internal sales or telesales environment and want to progress your career, we want to hear from you We are looking for friendly, self-motivated and confident salespeople with excellent communication skills. The Package: A salary of up to £22,000 (negotiable depending on experience) OTE up to £38,000.
