Overview

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and accomplished Receptionist to provide front-of-house and secretarial support for our client in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and professional approach coupled with excellent switchboard and communication skills. In addition you will be required to provide an efficient secretarial support service to the Property management team. It is therefore essential for candidates to possess experience in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Key Duties :- Provide front-of house services including answering all main switchboard calls, Liaising with visitors to the office and distributing post and deliveries. Manage Board and Meeting rooms, including set-up, video-conferencing and catering. Key Skills :- Team player who enjoys working with people Developed IT skills in all Microsoft Office packages Previous experience in a similar role in a professional services environment preferred Front of House reception skills Confidentiality Hours of work are Mon-Thurs 12pm-5pm & Fri 10am-3pm.
