Rated grade 5 (Very good) in the last care inspectorate and nothing but good reviews, this is a really great place for any registered nurse to work. The Nurse will be responsible for administrating of medication and planning nursing care. You as the registered nurse will also be responsible for observing and recording the conditions of patients and maintaining their records in accordance to NMC guidelines.
