Trainee or experienced Recruitment Consultant’s required for an agency that specialise in filling the German Data / Analytical industry with the best talent in the business. We are looking for highly ambitious, hard-working and charismatic candidates who are fluent in both German and English. What we are looking for - German speaking Recruitment Consultant Must be fluent in both English and German Must have a real desire to succeed Excellent communication skills are a must You’ll need to be confident and a real people-person Must be happy to work closely alongside colleagues and be motivated by that team-like culture Educated to a degree level is preferable (2.1 level upwards) Previous experience working in Recruitment, Telesales, Estate Agent, Car Sales, or another similar industry is a bonus, but not a necessity Role breakdown - German speaking Recruitment Consultant Initially, you will gain a solid understanding of what the clients are looking for and you will seek out best, most suited candidates for the role Once up and running, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from finding candidates, to dealing with clients Business development, networking and brand building You will maintain relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring the best potential matches for future and current vacancies Building an in-depth knowledge of your specific industry and the clients that operate within it Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best calibre candidates Company breakdown - Recruitment Consultant This company, with an office based in Munich and London, are fantastic at working across the German market and filling their clients with the best candidates on the market in the Data & Analytical industries. They look after you, so you can look after your work Perks & Culture - Recruitment Consultant A highly competitive salary, with an uncapped commission structure - 30% on all deals OTE - £40K 1st year - £60-70K 2nd year. £100K 3rd year onwards You will go through a thorough training programme when you start to ensure you start off on the right foot. You will also be continually supported throughout your time there.
