Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Support / Project Coordinator Location: Peterborough Salary: £35,000 to £36,000 Pension Medical This is a great opportunity for an experienced 1st / 2nd line support person to join a global; manufacturing company and be given the chance as part of their role to work on and coordinate projects working closely with the project managers. Working within a highly skilled IT team, this role will have the opportunity to share your own knowledge, while benefiting from the significant experience of the wider business. The Role: The role will work alongside the current IT Service Lead, providing bespoke1st and 2nd line support services to the Head Office and other business units using their shared service centre. You will support multiple systems (including their finance system) and infrastructure and coordinating issue resolution with third parties and internal IT functions. This role will also have a light touch approach on helping to co-ordinate and manage project activity through automated tools. The Person: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a 1st/2nd line support role. Experience of supporting Office 365 / Modern Office Tools / WebEx, Skype for Business Some experience in projects either in coordination/support or you may have been trained in Prince 2 and are looking for an opportunity to use it.
