Client Details My client is looking for a talented C# Web Developer to join their team, with scope for growth towards a leadership position. Description Principal responsibilities: Work as part of a Product engineering team to deliver new features and applications, and improve and fix existing software Understand business requirements and write clean, tested, maintainable code that meets acceptance criteria Continually aim to improve technical ability through a combination of pairing and self-directed learning Support & help other engineers to improve their knowledge, skills and processes through pairing, mentoring and code reviews Work and contribute to agreed standards and procedures Successful delivery of software to agreed time frames and standards Proactive collaboration with Product and other teams Contributions to meetings, informal training and technical discussions Contributions to engineering team culture; collaboration, learning and innovation Actively improves own skills through self-directed learning, attendance at meet-ups, contributing to community, etc. Standard of peer reviewed documentation (where relevant) Profile Skills/Experience/Qualifications Essential .NET C# - ideally with experience of Core 3.1 Entity Framework Code-first or other ORM SQL Server AWS Services or Azure Good knowledge and standard of front-end technologies; semantic HTML5, CSS/SCSS, ES6 and responsive frameworks - ideally Twitter Bootstrap Version control - ideally Github and GitFlow Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) Desirable Front end libraries - ideally React.js & Apollo TypeScript Testing mindset Experience of working with CI/CD Required Experience Job Offer A competitive salary is on offer.
