Senior Infrastructure Engineer - South London - £60,000 - £65,000 Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a talented team of project focused Engineers. My client is looking for a Professional candidate who has strong experience with VMware and the Wintel stack. This is an ideal position for those willing to take on a challenge and be prepared to develop new skills. The Senior infrastructure engineer will contribute to a number of internal projects including upgrading their Windows Server Estate, a VMware upgrade and a Azure migration. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will also be leading and mentoring junior members of staff. Job Role - Senior Infrastructure Engineer Design and delivery of new infrastructure - VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft Stack Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP & Active Directory Research & development into the latest technologies Provide Infrastructure support including monitoring and managing the capacity of Infrastructure onsite and hosted externally Requirements - Senior Infrastructure Engineer VMware - server builds and upgrades Windows Server 2012/2016 builds & installations Active Directory - Domain controller management Installation and maintenance of Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure (Citrix) Exchange or Office 365 (Exchange to Office 365 migration experience beneficial) Good understanding of DNS and DHCP Basic PowerShell scripting experience Experience deploying updates using SCCM Microsoft certifications - MCSA/ MCSE VMware - VCP If you are interested in working within a highly technical team for a company who invests heavily in both technology and its staff then please apply with a copy of your most up to date CV and we will be in touch.
