Overview

Overall Purpose The job holder is responsible for the implementation of services for new and existing clients. They will work closely with the client and the Technical Implementation Manager. They will be the client’s primary contact for their implementation and will take responsibility for successfully implementing each implementation. They will become an expert on the systems and will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and confidence to clients. Responsibilities \n To ensure that data protection is always upheld/enforced, without exception, and to raise any concerns/questions with your manager before acting if in doubt\n Liaising with the sales team to understand what has been sold to the client. Setup and configuration of the environment as detailed in the Sales Documentation. \n Key liaison with clients during the implementation phase, recognition of client requirements and translating those across to system configuration. Create and configure new environments.\n Working with the client to understand their needs in the context of the engagement\n Performing data analysis and using this to configure their front-office integration and accounts exports\n Completion of related implementation administration\n Liaising with the business development team promptly when issues are detected, for example a requirement mismatch or a non-reactive client.\n Providing effective training to the client either remotely or on site as required\n Supporting clients through their user acceptance period\n Completing the go-live activities and providing initial post go-live support\n Technical configuration of SSL certificates and email configuration\n Investigation of setup/configuration issues Key Relationships are Our clients\n The Head of Implementation\n The Business Development and Account Management teams\n To a lesser degree, the development community\n
