Client Details My client is looking for a Mid Level Developer to join their organisation to develop High-quality applications. This is a perfect role for those looking to make a step into a mid-level role, or for those looking to bolster their web development experience Established in the 17th Century, this organisation is based within a historical location, and is a little different from the usual Software jobs on the market. You will be working closely with stake holders to deliver a bespoke solution, developing high-quality software applications to meet the requirements of the users to the agreed design while following the internal coding standards. Description Key Responsibilities: Work on existing tools and applications that need to be migrated, merged and improved Implement integrations between various applications using APIs Work with the wider department to develop detailed requirements, specifications, functional designs and user interface designs for new systems Develop high-quality software applications to meet the requirements of the users to the agreed design while following the internal coding standards Write, test and document code for new and existing systems Assist with the completion of risk assessments for new systems and services, changes to current systems and services and other areas where necessary Profile Successful candidate: Some experience of MVC is desired, ideally using ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core Knowledge of ASP.NET WebForms would be beneficial Ensure that information security and data protection are at the forefront of all systems designs and are rigorously tested before delivery Work with the wider team in the delivery of management information and reporting to stakeholders involved Work with the wider team in the administration and management of third-party systems Job Offer A strong commitment to professional development, with a substantial budget for whole school training and individual courses.
