Overview
The Lewisham HAST (Homeless Assessment and Support Team) and Community Care Team urgently require more Social Workers to support with core functions in the team. The social worker will be expected to see clients on wards but not in areas with potential coronavirus cases. Workers will be supplied with all necessary PPE in line with the NHS Infection Control. Workers will where possible communicate at all times with family/friends of clients via telephone. Telephone interviews will be held for these positions.
