Senior Customer Data Analyst Shoreditch Up to £50,000 Harnham are partnered with a fast-paced marketplace app who are seeking a Senior Customer Data Analyst to work on their customer insight and product analytics projects. This high growth tech company have doubled in size in the last few months and are hiring new analysts due to expansion. The business is looking to advance their analytics function and reduce churn rates, improve targeted customer communications and increase revenue. Your analysis will have a major effect on this rapidly growing brand. In addition, as a brand, they want to help people globally have better access to healthcare and their mission and goals are innovative. Senior Customer Data Analyst Working in a highly advanced analytics function and perform deep dive analytics on the app Assess the impact of loyalty schemes and develop new strategies alongside the C-Suite Work cross functionally with marketing, data science and finance teams to help drive analytics and insight based decisions Work on customer acquisition and customer retention projects You will use SQL to code and query the data You will work on customer retention and acquisition strategies You will present visualisations in Looker You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant: You will have commercial experience in SQL and customer insight You will ideally have had exposure to retention and acquisition strategies You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £50,000
