Overview

You will be part of the support team looking after a diverse client base ranging from small Churches to TV production companies. The right candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as being self motivated and able to work under pressure. The candidate must also have excellent customer communication skills and be keen to progress their career within the business. As a technician you will be involved in: Diagnosing and resolve technical issues Administering Active Directory accounts Configuration and support Office 365 Supporting and patching Windows 10 setup and administration of Microsoft SharePoint Support and configuration of various printers and scanners Supporting network devices such as Sophos XG, USG and UNIFI. A range of other IT situations To be considered to join our team you should be: Naturally, you are a self-motivated person with a strong eye for detail, comfortable either working on your own or as part of a team, have excellent customer communication skills and are keen to progress your career within the business You will need the following background: A good knowledge of Office 365 and its components A working knowledge of Networking solutions A working knowledge of Active Directory A Degree or MCP qualification is desirable but not necessary A full UK driving licence What’s in it for you?
