Overview

Role: Maintain tenant accounts across the Group, ensuring rent receipts, rent charges and adjustments are processed in accordance with the rents timetable. Prepare reconciliations as required to provide assurance the tenant records are up to date and accurate. Responsible for updating cash books, processing cash book journals and reconciliation of all bank accounts for all Group entities. Qualifications and Essential Experience: 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A to C), usually including English and maths Have excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, and great attention to detail Basic Excel skills Takes ownership of any issues or problems and uses initiative to provide appropriate solutions Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Desirable: Demonstrate previous finance experience and solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures Excel skills to an intermediate level
