Office Angels are recruiting for a certification administrator for one of our returning clients based on the outskirts of West Lothian. The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator looking to work full time Monday - Friday starting with a 4 week temporary assignment before becoming a permanent employee. The ideal candidate would be from an engineering back ground however this is not essential Duties will include but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of documentation. Communicate with colleagues to ensure documentation is correct and on time. Manage internal and external documentation requirements. Ensure documentation is correct and up to date. Review incoming material certification to ensure documentation is correct. Maintain controlled copy documentation received from customers to ensure accurate information and continuity.
