Senior Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward £36,000-£40,000 Private Health Insurance, Pension & More North London Full Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a valued client who are in search for a Senior Staff Nurse to join their mixed Surgical Ward. Located in North London, this leading Private Hospital offers a full range of services including Orthopaedics, Cosmetics, ENT, Endoscopy, Gastro, General, Gynae, and Urology. They receive excellent patient feedback, so are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team who are dedicated to providing the best level of care. The Role If you are an experienced Staff Nurse looking for a step up, or a Senior Staff Nurse looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be a part of a close-knit team working within their mixed surgical ward, supporting the junior staff and deputising in the Ward Sisters absence when required. You will be a crucial part of the team, delivering the highest standard of care to all patients during their visit to the Hospital. This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hour weeks, which will include short days, long days, nights and the occasional weekend to fit in with their internal rotation. You must be a Registered General Nurse to apply and be successful in this opportunity and be registered with the NMC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year's post-registration experience working in an acute setting.
