Theatre Manager - Private Hospital £54,000 - £60,000 Bonus Company Benefits Full-time Hours Harrow Remit Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading private hospital group in their search for a Theatre Manager to develop and manage their team in Harrow. The hospital has recently been awarded a “GOOD” rating with the CQC and we are seeking a highly experienced clinical manager, to lead the team across 7 theatres and a JAG accredited endoscopy suite. Surgeries offered include major and minor orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology and urology. Reporting directly to the Head of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the theatres and the clinical theatre team - around 50 members of staff. You must have experience dealing with budgets, CQC compliance & preparation for inspection, policies & procedures, devising pathways, clinical governance, recruitment and managing a team of clinical staff whilst ensuring high quality patient care is provided all times. Requirements This is a full time position (37.5 hours a week), although shifts will usually be Monday- Friday, some flexibility is needed for the demands of the job. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced theatre practitioner with a passion for providing excellent standards of patient care. You must have excellent communication and writing skills, with recent management experience within theatres. -Recent experience as a Theatre Manager or equivalent -Clinical Experience within theatres -RGN or ODP -Fully registered with the NMC/ HCPC -Excellent Written and Verbal Skills -Experience Dealing with Complains - Desirable not Essential. Location This role is based in Enfield and is commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Harrow, High Wycombe, Harlow, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, London and Stevenage.
