Overview
Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation which is looking to recruit warm and person centred individuals in your area to provide the highest standards to service users with support needs. With a strong history of over twenty years in helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we ensure that our clients enjoy opportunities for personal development and engaging within their local communities. We are looking to recruit creative, self-motivating and resourceful individuals with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide personalised support to individuals with a learning disability at one of our Trafford services, based in Altrincham. You will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient, energetic and adaptable in order to meet individual needs of the people we support. Good knowledge of the local community is essential. Previous experience within a care role is essential for this role.
