Overview
Senior Risk Analyst HFG are currently supporting a leading syndicate with their search for an analyst to join their risk function. Reporting directly into the senior risk manager this a great opportunity for junior analyst to step into a more senior analyst role with a clear road map to be a risk manager. Key Requirements Promote risk management practices and culture across the company by engaging with risk owners and the wider business. Support in the management and development of the operational risk assessment process. Ensure all operational risks are adequately documented, maintained and reported within the group's operational risk appetite. Monitor and support the development of internal policies and procedures to manage the Group's exposure to operational risks. Oversee the risk event reporting and engage with the business to assess and report on any incidents. Contribute to the production of annual risk register review. Oversee the management of operational key risk indicators, operational risk reporting and supporting the production of presentations and thematic reviews. Support in the setting of the company's business continuity planning. Key Requirements Strong academics. Relevant qualifications advantageous e.g CII, ACII, IRM etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Very well organised and good time management. Experience in operational risk is key.
