Overview
I’m working with a leading firm who are looking to identify an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join their internal centralised function on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret reports identifying potential conflict of interest issues. Conduct research to clarify potential issues and to gather information. Assist other lawyers in resolving conflict issues including liaising with Partners and Senior Stakeholders answering all queries. Help to mentor others including Junior Analysts. Essential: Proven hands-on Conflicts experience. Effective organisational skills. Advantageous: Cross-jurisdictional conflicts experience, ideally US. Experienced using technology such as InTapp to help manage conflicts. Senior Stakeholder engagement. Location: London Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Benefits Duration: Permanent
