Overview
Interim Payroll Manager Duration: 6 months Location: Central London Rate: Competitive Consumer Additions are working with a rapidly expanding retail group that operates internationally and turns over in excess of £200m. This is a 6 month maternity cover Payroll Manager opportunity. It's an autonomous role that will focus on processing their monthly payroll for 400 staff across Europe. Key Responsibilities End to end responsibility for the European markets payroll Calculation and payment of bonuses other compensation elements and taxes Prepare monthly reconciliations of all payroll related clearing accounts Prepare wages and bonus accrual calculation on a monthly basis Partnership and continuous communication with HR to ensure all payroll activities are executed accordingly Point of contact for all payroll related queries, escalating as necessary to the relevant stakeholders Required Skills Payroll experience within European markets is essential Experience with payroll software, ADP is preferred Outstanding communicator and a solution focused problem solver An exceptional eye for detail as well as a proactive and methodical approach to work Ability to adapt to change and to identify continuous business improvement opportunities French or German speaker will be an advantage In applying for this vacancy, you accept that your data will be processed by Consumer Additions.
