To give you some background, the business operates in the financial world by providing Private Equities, Strategic Consultancies and Hedge Funds with the information they need to make better-informed investment decisions. The Role They’re seeking for Council Development Associates (CDA) to support their financial services business in Europe . Based in London , the CDA’s will be responsible for recruiting experts for Client projects to participate in 1 : 1 telephone consultations , private meetings and for other short - term , ad - hoc consulting projects . Council Development Associates help to drive the business model and add value to its client base through close coordination with senior members of the team to fulfil clients ' need for expert insight . The primary role is focused on recruiting experts for client requests and supporting senior team members with high - level product execution . What We Look For This is a position for someone with high emotional intelligence who enjoys connecting with people, is an exemplar of professionalism, and is highly motivated by exceeding targets. High motivation to exceed personal weekly , monthly , and quarterly commercial targets Confidence in making outbound cold calls when needed and various other outreach methods (LinkedIn messages ) Polished and persuasive verbal and written communication People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player Selfless, can-do attitude and passion for making a tangible impact Excellent communication skills – the confidence and poise to initiate conversations with senior executives in diverse markets and functions Requirements 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in recruitment , internet / market research , outreach, partnership , business development Strong academic credentials, including a minimum of 320 UCAS points (or equivalent) and 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent) in any discipline Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field Fluency in English is essential as well as one of the following languages (German or Spanish) To submit your CV, please click Apply.
