Supply Chain Coordinator

Excellent Opportunity to join this Global Consumer Electronics Company, this is a long term temp contract with holiday and bonus, rate in the region of £36,000 plus bonus. You will be have solid supply chain experience as this role will form a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management of the Supply Chain Management function. You will be responsible for the end to end supply chain process.You will workg with the sales team and customers to ensure accurate planning and forecasting to run the function efficiently within established collaborative processes. In addition you will be responsible for managing key activities; such as new product launches, end of life management and ensuring correct WOS management and sell out planning whilst adhering to agreed KPI's. You will be dedicated to an a ccount, providing d emand/order management and p erformance management versus targets, forecast accuracy/inventory levels together with m onitoring inbound operation in relation to planned outbound deliveries. Operational management ensuring customer booking and delivery alignment You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good relationship builder and be able to l ead weekly SCM process to ensure efficient delivery of joint business plan within mutual KPI framework Discuss sell out and future demand with customers/commercial teams and update onto internal systems, a nalyse data and articulate clear trends and implications and s uggest future intake proposal for responsible accounts based on PSI analysis. Manual order entry and secure customer booking slots and m anage weekly sales achievement rate by ensuring that the short term forecast is in line with confirmed customer orders/bookings. Working closely with finance team, logistics companies with regards to credit control/limitation, billing/invoice queries and to ensure full deliveries. You will be h ighly motivated individual with positive and proactive approach and able to work well and keep calm under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines ·
