Overview
Residential Conveyancer - Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Small yet very well regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells are currently looking to recruit an additional experienced residential conveyancer to join their team. The team deal with the whole spectrum of residential property work including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land, new builds and high net worth properties. The firm put the client and quality of work first and therefore this is not a volume environment - the firm rely on recommendations and repeat business and therefore quality not quantity is key. They are looking to recruit someone who is able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post completion with minimal supervision. My client are happy to consider a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Conveyancer but at least 2 years experience of running a residential property caseload is required.
