CLINICAL TRIALS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WEYBRIDGE £25,000-£30000 with excellent company benefits bonus scheme About the Clinical Trials Account Executive role: Broaden and deepen exposure to key accounts, delivering exceptional service, responsiveness and technical ability. Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Trials Account Executive role: Key Account Management Champion and deliver world class customer service to clients in portfolio. Work with Account Manager (AM) to develop and execute account management plans for key accounts. Work with AM to identify organic growth opportunities and coordinate the necessary involvement of all relevant personnel to execute. Attend client meetings as and when necessary to aid business review and continual improvement of service. Understand, develop and upsell added value services (direct-to-site, DDLD, IITs, ancillaries) to key accounts. Operational Management Working closely with line manager to deliver exceptional customer service to clients for comparator sourcing activities and added value services project delivery. Manage and process incoming orders for added value services projects to ensure orders received are processed accurately within the ERP system and within the agreed client service level agreement (SLA) timelines. Preparation and delivery of order activity and inventory metrics to support the AM to meet client requests. Proactively identify issues or challenges with order processing activities and with the AM to resolve. Proactively tracking and managing inventory activities for added value services projects to include; product reorders, product expiry monitoring, product discrepancy resolution and product destructions. Attend client meetings with AM and provide updates in relation to order volumes, inventory status. Prepare minutes and actions summary and maintain client issues log with AM. Coordinate with line manager to review and vet client requests/requirements and formulate sourcing strategy, utilizing tools, databases, and strategic sourcing group where needed. Present client requests to sourcing vendor(s) and obtain necessary details to generate and provide formal quotation/proposal. Manage incoming orders from date of receipt to final delivery with supply vendor and coordinate with support functions when required, including but not limited to finance, quality assurance, regulatory, transport/dispatch, and logistics, to ensure on time delivery. Proactively keep CRM system up to date with all new, future and existing enquires.
