Support Worker (SW) / Support Work Salary: From £8.50 to £9 per hour Benefits: Full flexibility and opportunities for permanent employment. You will give the highest possible standards of support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, in all aspects of their daily lives. Support Worker: The Role • Assisting residents with their day to day duties. • Assisting residents on activities and outings. • Encouraging residents to remain independent, and respecting their dignity at all times. • Providing personal care. • Domestic duties. • Following care plans. Support Worker: The Requirements • At least 6 months experience working as a Support Worker/Supported Living Worker. • Good Communication and Listening Skills. • Relevant care based training. • Valid DBS.
