Senior Software Engineer £40,000 - £55,000 Malvern Permanent Cubiq Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer on behalf of one of the UK’s leading engineering and technology establishments for their R&D site in Malvern, Worcestershire. The company in question are a highly regarded and reputable business, working with a vast array of customers and clients globally, with numerous projects and development work available. The successful applicant will be responsible for the specification, design, development, integration and test for software used in cutting-edge technology. In addition to a formal qualification within Computer Science or a similarly related discipline, our client is looking for engineers who can demonstrate experience within the following: Strong skills and experience within C/C++ programming Familiarity with embedded systems development Experience of Embedded Linux development Software development using UML or Object-Oriented Design methodology Strong oral and written communication skills In light of recent events, our client is happy to initially engage in telephone/Skype conversations so as to adhere to the recommended social distancing practices which the country is currently engaged in.
