£18.50 p/h – Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £40.4K | 42 Hour Contract – Days | Elderly & Dementia Home | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A leading Worcestershire elderly and dementia home is looking to recruit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD to work as Senior Nurse on full-time days. The home is centrally located in Worcester and is easily accessible with some great public transport links. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Senior Nurse post and what the home is offering : A full-time, permanent contract of 42 hours per week Flexible shifts on days, covering a 7 day rota Great pay rates of £18.50 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates of pay and a salary in the region of £40,400 A comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities In this RGN/RMN/RNLD Senior Nurse role, in addition to managing a caseload of residents, you will lead shifts, coordinate care and support with staff supervisions, clinical audits and assist with maintaining regulatory compliance. What we are looking for in a Senior Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD branches will all be considered to ensure a good mix of skills in the team Proven experience in a UK care home setting, and ideally have experience working as Senior Nurse or in a supervisory role Confident leading a team of RNs and HCAs and able to effectively lead shifts and manage care Flexible to work shifts covering a 7 day rota To apply now or for further details, please follow the link below.
