You would be responsible for hospital discharge work or be part of the discharge to assess project or any other community team. Some oppoortunity offer posibility of working from home. The package: • £18.37-£24.78 PAYE (plus holiday pay and other Reed benefits) OR £22.83 - £30.98 Umbrella • Working full or part time hours - possibility of working from home Requirements: In order to apply for this post you must be qualified as a Social Worker, be on HCPC register and have previous experience within statutory adults services.
