Reed Social Care are recruiting for Adult Social Workers to work in the Hospital Discharge Teams in Leeds City Council. Pay Rate: PAYE: £24.78 Per Hour Umbrella: £30.98 Per Hour You will be given flexibility to choose which care homes across Leeds you will be based in and able to wright SU assessments up from home. Requirements: The candidate needs to be an individual who is social work qualified and registered with Social Work England.
