Overview
Avanti recruitment are currently working with a global software company which is revolutionizing the way the construction industry works. They are looking for a senior Java Developer in the Middleborough area. The company are looking for a senior Java Developer who will be working on their main platform in which you will be designing, testing and debugging technical solutions. This will include technical complex components. You will be the type of person who can write clean code who is okay with providing some legacy support when required. You will be working alongside the Development manager and Scrum master, the team is rapidly expanding, currently in this office they have 3 developers as well as scrum master and technical lead. The room for career growth is exponential as they are looking to grow the company in this office alone by 70 people by the end of the year. This gives you a prime opportunity to go into technical lead/manager roles. Skills Required: - Strong Java Development experience - Understanding of Rest API’s - Experience of working in an Agile environment - Testing experience (TDD) Desirable Skills: - NodeJS Experience - NoSQL, SQL and Angular - Degree in computer science or relevant subject - Any experience with Docker/Kubernetes, AWS - CI/CD The salary on offer for this position is up to £50,000.
