Over the past three decades we have rapidly expanded our family of care homes and now have facilities in some of the most beautiful, relaxing surroundings in England. We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviors and residential care. About Springfield Park Nursing Home Springfield Park is a specialist Nursing and Residential service supporting the complex needs of both younger and older adults. Our highly skilled clinical staff support the team to meet the needs of people with complex health needs including tracheostomy, artificial ventilatory care and peritoneal dialysis through a variety of care packages including long/short term placements, emergency respite, young physically disabled through to Palliative Care. About the role The role of a Carer at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
