Overview
A Legal 500 firm based in Glasgow is looking for a litigation solicitor to join its ever growing and highly respected Occupational Disease and Casualty Team. On a daily basis your roles and responsibilities will be (but not limited to): - handling your own varied caseload from inception to conclusion - assisting partners in more complex cases - dealing with a variety of disease and casualty work including EL/PL, asbestos-related, carpal tunnel and tinnitus claims - advocacy in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session Experience of conducting litigation in the Court of Session and Personal Injury Court is essential. Candidates with previous experience of handling personal injury cases, ideally with a background in occupational disease claims, will be preferred.
