Are you looking for a rewarding career, where you can really make a difference? Introduction We need dedicated Support Workers to work with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You do not need experience, as we will fully train you to ensure you have all the skills needed to provide the very highest standard of support. We currently have full-time and part time, as well as bank opportunities to join our teams in Didcot and Wallingford within our supported living homes. This is a lovely home, supporting 6 people across 2 bungalows next door to each other. They are a fairly able group, and a mixture of verbal and non-verbal people, but there is some need to support with personal care. They are an active group of people, so they love getting out and about This service has no waking nights or sleep in shifts. Skills & Experience Support work offers you a chance to make a genuine difference to people’s lives and no day will be the same All our Support Workers complete shadow shifts before working with the people we support and those that have not previously worked in care will be supported with completing the Care Certificate.
