Overview
A unique wholesaler based in Barnsley, with plans to expand, have a new home-based opportunity for a Swedish speaker to work proactively overseeing and managing the Swedish customer base. The duties within the role, will encompass the following: Providing support to the sales team Identifying sales opportunities with new and existing customers Growing the sales and support of the practitioner accounts Providing administration support to Key Accounts Building and maintaining relationship with customers Updating and maintaining company database to a high degree Creating financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets Provide a high Level of Customer Service Key Competencies Candidates will have the following skills/experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service Fluent in Swedish Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Be able to develop and maintain relationships Highly organised Meticulous attention to detail Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative Self-motivated and enthusiastic Ability to work under pressure and priorities work Ability to build strong working relationships Strong social skills The role is offered with the following perks/benefits: Basic salary £20k D.O.E A working from home opportunity (please note, 1 day per week you will be based from the office in Barnsley) On Site car parking Very friendly, forward thinking company Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Healthcare contributions Ever-expanding company
