Our client is currently seeking an experienced Hybrid Sales Executive and Key Account Manager from the Communication, Telco, Software or IT Services industry to develop, manage and grow an existing customer portfolio of established clients with a view to progress and develop your career. Due to recent investment and internal restructure, we have openings for Account Managers and Business Development Executives looking to join a passionate sales team in Bath within the IT / Telco Solutions industry. Role Breakdown: The Key Account Manager opening will be a mixture of High Profile Existing Accounts and a 40% focus on new business. Commission will be uncapped and OTE will double your basic salary. The Inside / Business Development Executive Sales Openings will suit a candidate with 2-5 years experience in sales and account management, ideally from a Telco, IT, Software, Technical or related industry. You will also be given accounts to manage and develop, in addition to winning new business. The progression from junior sales, inside sales, BDE, AM, KAM and Account Directorship is transparent and achievable. You will be considered for one of the above positions based on your relevancy and experience. This role will suit a career driven, professional IT / Telco or Related Sales person who wants to rewarded for their achievements and become a key part of a new structured sales and account management team. Overview: This role would be suited for a professional IT / Telco or Related Sales Executive / Account Manager who is looking for a progressive, consultative and professional career. You will be responsible for promoting the company's full product range within a niche market and introduce the most efficient, cost effective solution, tailored to our clients’ needs. In addition to Sales, this role will involve Market Strategy, Projections, Development, Growth, Improvements, Reporting and PR / Brand Management, whilst working directly with senior management to achieve realistic expectations and goals This position would be ideal for you if you are capable of converting inbound sales enquires, ensuring customer retention, and effectively up/cross-selling to new and existing customers. The objective is to renew customer contracts pro actively, increase profitability and maintain excellent relationships with every client.
